Emergency Services
Our Emergency Department provides compassionate, 24/7 care for patients of all ages experiencing urgent or life-threatening medical needs. We are a five-bed, Level IV designated trauma center, equipped with on-site CT imaging, x-ray, laboratory testing, respiratory therapy, and point-of-care diagnostics to ensure timely treatment. When a higher level of care is needed, we coordinate seamlessly with local EMS and regional medical centers to stabilize and transfer patients safely.
Walk-In Clinic
Breckenridge Medical Center is the on-location medical clinic within the Stephens Memorial Hospital District. Conveniently located a few steps away from the Hospital, the Clinic is open daily to see patients with both pre-scheduled appointments and also walk-in patients needing treatments for mild common health problems like sore throat, nausea, colds & coughs, rashes, allergies, COVID-19, UTI, sprains, minor cuts, scrapes or burns, and fever.

Swing Bed / Skilled Nursing Care
The purpose of a swing bed program is to provide additional inpatient care to those needing extra time to heal or strengthen before returning home.
Clinic Services
Open 7 Days a Week, Breckenridge Medical Center serves both pre-scheduled appointments and walk-in patients.
Emergency & Trauma Services
Open 24/7, we are a five-bed, Level IV designated trauma center, equipped with on-site imaging, laboratory, respiratory therapy, and point-of-care diagnostics.
Diagnostic Imaging
Our state of the art imaging services include X-Ray, 64-slice CT, MRI, Mammography, Bone Density, and Ultrasound.
Laboratory Services
The SMH Laboratory is a moderate to high complexity lab, staffed 24/7, providing chemistry, hematology, coagulation and diabetic testing, blood type and crossmatch services.
Rehabilitation Services
We provide outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab in our beautiful Wellness Center.
