Meet Our Providers

Dr. Kelli Windsor is Board-Certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the Texas Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.  Dr. Windsor grew up in Breckenridge and graduated as valedictorian from Breckenridge High School in 2006.  She and her husband Chris have three boys and a girl, and 1 dog and 5 outdoor cats.  Dr. Windsor enjoys worship music, attending First Baptist Church, cheering on her kids at their activities, playing piano, and outdoor activities like golf and hiking.  She states “I would not be here and would never have gone into the medical field if God had not led me to this career.  He sustains me and leads me every day.  My mission is more than physical a I want to point people back to their Creator, the Great Physician.”

Dr. Perry was born in Abilene, Texas. She attended Hardin Simmons and UTMB Galveston as an undergraduate. She worked as a physician assistant for 12 years, then attended medical school at Texas Tech. She has been a physician in Breckenridge for over a decade, along with 7 years in Brownsville.

Barbara Medina-Palacios is a board certified Physician Assistant who earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Texas A&M University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, both with honors.  She is also certified to perform cosmetic dermatology including Botox, fillers, sclerotherapy, chemical peels-facials, and skin care.  Barbara was born in Mexico and raised in Breckenridge and enjoys health, fitness, and art.  Her mission is to deliver compassionate, expert care that enhances health, confidence, and quality of life as well as fostering long-term wellness through preventative care, education, and accessible treatment.

Rebecca (Becky) McIntire earned her Master of Science in Nursing from UTA with a Family Nurse Practitioner certification, along with a BSN from UTA and an AA from CJC. She is originally from Eastland, Texas, and is married to Monte with three children and five granddaughters.  Outside of medicine, she enjoys painting cattle, ranching, and Western scenes; reading, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She also has a strong interest in natural medicine, including herbal therapies and hormone therapy. Becky is deeply grateful for her family, friends, the patients she has cared for, and those she has yet to meet. Guided by her faith and commitment to family and career, her goal is to give her best to every patient with excellence, integrity, professionalism, teamwork, compassion, and respect.

Amy Walker has been a nurse for 22 years and considers her work a calling rather than just a job. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and is certified by the AANP. Born in Breckenridge at SMH, she lived in Woodson until the sixth grade before moving back to Breckenridge, where she has lived ever since. Amy has been married to Kelly for 19 years and has three children (all Breckenridge High School Alum). While they do not have grandchildren yet, their family includes two dogs, Ella and Abby, and a cat named Nyla. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching a good movie, exploring nature, and seeking out new adventures. Amy’s mission has always been to provide the same compassionate care she would want for her own family, serving others in a way that honors her faith and helping patients not only feel better but also achieve their long-term health and wellness goals.

Olabisi (Bisi) Agbaje earned her MSN from South University in Tampa, Florida, her BSN from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and her BSC from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. She lived in Nigeria until high school and now calls the U.S. home. Bisi has two children and outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, especially exploring different U.S. states during the summer, cooking, watching K-pop movies, and helping out in her church whenever needed. She believes strongly that “health is wealth,” and encourages others to worry less, love more, and give thanks.
